1. The target population
Target population is 43 years old on average. Average height is 5 feet 5 inches, medium height, the average weight is 217 pounds (the ideal average weight should be 129 pounds). Exercise for 9 minutes every day on average, moderate drinking, not smoking and not use addictive drugs.

Most of the volunteers to smell out and discern different types sweet smelling, rightly distinguish one name of the fragrance at least, Most of the volunteers olfactory function is normal.

3. Use frequency of the aromatic leptin nasal inhaler
All volunteers frequently use the aromatic leptin nasal inhaler, 3--48 times every day (each nostril smells three times equivalent to 19 times smell action).

4. Weight loss results
Clinical research proves, the effect of volunteers' weight loss has obviously positive correlation linear relationship with times of using aromatic leptin nasal inhaler（P＜0.002）, the better the sense of smell, the greater the effect in reducing weight. Volunteers with bad sense of smell, eat more than five snacks every day, the effect in reducing weight is a bit poor.
